Dennis Murphy Death, Obituary – Dennis W. Murphy, who lived in Fredericktown and was 60 years old when he passed away suddenly on April 6, 2023 at Knox Community Hospital, was found to have suffered a sudden illness. His parents, Glenn Murphy and Judith (Kieber) Zolman, brought him into the world on May 24, 1962 in the city of Newark, which is located in the state of Ohio.
After graduating from Newark High School, which was found in Newark, Ohio, in 1981, he proceeded to work for his step-dad at Zolman’s Car Wash, which was found in Mount Vernon, Ohio. This establishment was found in the same state as Newark High School. Dennis was a devoted follower of both NASCAR and Dirt Track Racing, and his favorite driver was Jimmie Johnson.
He also attended Oak Creek Bible Church and was a member of the George Jones Fan Club. In addition, he was a fan of George Jones and belonged to the George Jones Fan Club. on the neighborhood of Fredericktown, residents reported seeing him driving around on his blue golf cart on a regular basis. Above all else, he placed the utmost importance on his family, and one of the highlights of his life was getting to spend time with his grandchildren.
Dennis is survived by his wife Marie (McConnell) Murphy; his children David Murphy (and his wife Emily) of Bellville and Suzanne Wright (and her husband Nathan) of Fredericktown; his grandchildren Felicity, Gabby, Brenley, Holley, and Brock; his sisters Victoria Stokes of Newark, Glendora Meyer of Mount Vernon (and her husband Anthony), and Michelle Tanner of Loudonville (and her husband Jay Kipp); and his brothers Frederick Murphy of Mount Vernon and Glenn Murphy of Loudon
His son, Dennis “Pee Wee” Murphy, his mother, Judith “Kieber” Zolman, his father, Glenn Murphy, his sister, Sheryl Renicker, his brother, Patrick Murphy, his three brother-in-laws, Phillip Lord, Timothy Stokes, and Larry Johnson, and his closest friend and “brother” Harry Wimer all passed away before Dennis did. Harry Wimer was also his adopted brother.
In order to comply with the request that Dennis made regarding this issue, there will be no calling hours. In the not too distant future, the family will announce the date and time of a memorial service that will be conducted in honor of the departed at Oak Creek Bible Church in Johnstown, Ohio. The service will be held in their honor. The ceremony will be presided over by Pastor Tom Tucker.
