Jason Izon Motorcycle Accident, Death – According to the police report, Brittany Ison, age 20, was driving a 1993 Honda Accord northbound on Interstate 75 at Interstate 74 when she rear-ended a motorbike and caused it to crash into a railing. Ison was not injured in the crash. Jason Izon, 39, a motorcyclist from Burlington, was transferred to University Hospital after being involved in an accident, but he passed away there a short while later.
According to the authorities, he was not wearing a helmet at any point. At first, Ison’s attorney stated that his client had stopped to assist Claypool but had fled when emergency personnel arrived at the scene. After the incident, Ison allegedly put in a full shift at Burger King, according to the prosecutors. She was charged with vehicular
manslaughter, vehicular murder, and failing to stop after an accident, but she entered a plea of no contest to all three charges. On October 24th, Ison will be given his punishment. She might be sentenced to a maximum of three years in jail. According to the authorities, she might have faced a maximum sentence of six months if she had remained at the scene.
