Jazlyn Elaine Spidahl, age 13, from Madelia, Minnesota, passed away in Madelia Health – Hospital on February 7, 2023. Trinity Lutheran Church in Mandelia will be hosting a visitation on Sunday, February 12, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The visitation will then continue on Monday, February 13, 2023 from 10:00 am till 11:00 am at the church. At eleven in the morning on Monday, February 13, 2023, there will be a service held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Madelia.
Reverend Penny Johnson will preside over the service as the clergy. The burial will take place at a later time. The 13th of October, 2009 found Cassandra Spidahl and Lance Frederickson welcoming their daughter, Jazlyn Elaine Spidahl, into the world in New Ulm, Minnesota. She is the eldest of her siblings, Kendra, Serena, Olivia, Aiden, Danillie, and Reed. Her position in the family is that of the oldest.
She was a student of distinction at Madelia High School, where she was about to finish her seventh year of high school studies. Jazlyn was a lovable young lady who was also lively and sweet. She had a passion for experiencing new things and embarking on exciting journeys. Her favorite activities were singing and dancing, as well as playing the guitar, swimming, and preparing meals for her family as well as spending time with them. Additionally, Jazlyn cherished the time she spent taking care of her puppy, Nala, also known as Jazlyn’s baby daughter.
Her mother, Cassandra, and her father, Lance Frederickson, as well as her siblings Kendra, Serena, Olivia, Aiden, Danillie, and Reed, as well as her grandparents Ruth and Doug Frederickson, Ron Spidahl, and Dianne Reed, as well as a large number of aunts, uncles, and cousins, are among those who will miss Jazlyn. Her great-grandparents Bud Spidahl and Julie Timm, Earl Reed and Elaine Reed, Howard Frederickson and Lucille Frederickson, and Alma and Orval Buffington all passed away before her. Her uncle Tommy Timm also passed away before her.
