Joanne Suk-Wah Tse Death, Obituary – The Calgary Police Department has made public the names of the two individuals whose deaths were found on Saturday evening near Spruce Cliff, which is located close to the Shaganappi golf course. The investigation conducted by the police has led them to the conclusion that the deaths were the consequence of a murder-suicide that took place.
The investigation into the circumstances surrounding their deaths is still underway, and the search for more people who may have information about those events is also still ongoing. On the evening of Saturday, about 7:10 p.m., a number of bystanders in the 0-100 block of Spruce Place S.W. found the body of a woman and promptly called the police to report the incident.
“As emergency personnel were taking a closer look at the situation, a man jumped over a balcony located on a higher level,” the police said in their statement. “At the scene, he was pronounced deceased,” the police added. Following the completion of an autopsy, it was found that Joanne Suk-Wah Tse, who was 69 years old at the time of her death, had been the victim of a homicide.
The person who was discovered at the location was found to be 61 years old, and their name was determined to be De Lin Tang. Gregson confirmed that both of Tse’s wrists as well as both of his feet were being held in place.
Gregson added that it looks that the suspect either threw her or pushed her over the balcony based on the evidence that they currently have. He stated that this was based on the information that they currently had. The staff sergeant claimed that the investigators had noticed that Tang’s vehicle was not there at the scene, and they were inquisitive as to how he arrived at the apartment building. The staff sergeant added that the detectives had also seen that Tang was inside the apartment complex.
“Consequently, the only question that has to be answered is: where is it? How did he get to that spot in the first place? In addition, it would be useful if anyone who owns that vehicle could offer us with responses to some of those questions and concerns.
Although there was a domestic incident, we feel that this was a fresh relationship between the parties involved. We are currently working to determine the nature of the relationship that existed between the parties involved as well as the events that led up to this awful outcome.Despite the fact that there was a domestic event, we are of the opinion that this was a new relationship. CPS Staff Sergeant Sean Gregson was quoted as saying, “Our condolences go out to the family and friends of the individuals who have been impacted.”
The authorities are appealing to anyone who may know anything about the whereabouts of the two people, their connection, or their travels to come forward with their information.
