Richard “Ryath” Rowntree Obituary, Death – It is with a heavy heart that we must let everyone know that we have suffered the loss of a dear friend today. Unfortunately, Richard “Ryath” Rowntree was unable to beat his cancer and has passed away. His wife, Samntha, and their two cats, Chewie and Vader, will carry on after his passing. Because Richard was a wonderful friend to myself, many other people, and the Garrison, it is difficult for me to make this announcement. He had a lot of friends thanks to the Legion, just like the rest of us do, and he was well regarded by a lot of people.
Your family in the Legion is going to miss you very much, my friend. Unlimited opportunities to trade gear inside of that massive Tie Fighter up in the clouds. Your current assignment has been completed. Put the buckets away. Chris Craig, TD26769, is the Commanding Officer of the Atlantic Garrison. The unexpected passing of one of the 501st Atlantic Garrison’s members has prompted us to extend our condolences to the other members of the organization. Everyone who knew Richard, a man who had a huge personality and an even bigger heart of gold, will be saddened by his untimely death. Richard was a man with a big personality and an even bigger heart of gold.
His presence at our regional conference, where he had become a regular attendee, will be sorely missed. He might be located at our main information table, where he engaged in conversation with both adults and children. Alternately, he might have been found in our locker area doling out a number of eggrolls from Golden Palace. Always one to engage in swag trading, you could count on him to have a unique item that he was willing to part with. You can now relax because your job is done.
Put the buckets away.
