Sylvain Tesson Accident – Sylvain Tesson, a French author and explorer who was born on April 26, 1972 in Paris, has garnered worldwide reputation for his exploration of isolated locations and his travel writing. He is Philippe Tesson’s son, who is a well-known journalist and television columnist in France. His father’s name is also Philippe Tesson. Tesson’s journeys have taken him all over the world, including a sojourn in a cabin on the banks of Lake Baikal in Siberia for a period of six months, as well as trips to Central Asia, Africa, and the Himalayas. His many works, such as “The Consolations of the Forest” and “Berezina,” detail his exploits and adventures throughout his life.
In the first, he talks of his time spent living in a hut in the Siberian taiga, and in the second, he recounts his voyage after Napoleon’s withdrawal from Russia. His writings have been translated into more than twenty other languages and have been awarded a number of literary prizes, including the Prix Médicis essai in 2011. On August 9, 2019, while traveling in the Cévennes area of southern France, French author and explorer Sylvain Tesson was engaged in a serious accident. The accident left him in critical condition. Tesson had several injuries, including a head trauma, as a result of his fall from a roof terrace, which occurred at a height of roughly 10 meters. While Tesson was working on a book on the Cévennes area, where he had fled to write in solitude, the accident took place. The book that he was working on was about that region. He was placed in a coma for a number of weeks at a hospital in Montpellier after being evacuated there from another location.
